"When trip.com took my cash and said…"
When trip.com took my cash and said they dont issue the ticket because swiss is slow i called them, they jumped on a call with trip.com and tried to help with everything. It may not have worked but they went above and beyond to help me with a ticket that was sold by trip.com and never issued. They even offered to block 2 seats for free to give time to trip.com to sort this out. Thanks Swiss

"Great Airline With Excellent Service"
I recently flew Swiss Air from Miami to Zurich and then to New Delhi. The plane was spotless. Business Class was wonderful with pods. The food was fine. The service wonderful and I would fly them at any time without hesitation.
