I had a good experience with swiss.com this time. I checked my booking a few days before my flight, and sure enough, there was an upgrade offer sitting there. Easy to spot, easy to understand, just easy.
The price felt fair enough for me, so I went for it. The whole upgrade process only took a couple of minutes, and there were no weird steps, no errors, no back-and-forth. That part really stood out because when online travel stuff works, it really works.
By the time I got to the airport, everything was already updated in the system, so there was zero stress. it was just nice to have something go smoothly from start to finish. Smooth, simple, and worth 5 stars from me

The seats were comfortable, and the crew was really nice throughout the flight. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I’d recommend it if you’re looking for an easy, comfortable trip.

I’ve been using Miles & More with Swiss for a while now, mostly because I fly with them fairly often.
